1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Noventum Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 62 695 431 684) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use the advisory assessment tools available at tools.noventumadvisory.ai (the "Platform").
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in that Act.

2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly
Assessment responses. When you complete a diagnostic assessment on the Platform, you select answers to structured questions about your organisation and its operations. These responses are used solely to generate your assessment result within your current browser session and are not transmitted to or stored by Noventum Advisory.
Contact and request details. If you submit a tool request via the Platform's contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your request. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically
Usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information when you visit the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of access. This is collected via our hosting provider and is used to maintain and improve the Platform.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
• Generate and display your assessment result within your browser session
• Respond to tool requests and enquiries
• Maintain the security and performance of the Platform
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your assessment responses for marketing purposes, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. HOW THE ASSESSMENT TOOLS WORK
Your assessment responses are processed entirely within your own browser and are never transmitted to Noventum Advisory's servers or any third party.
The diagnostic logic — including all questions, answer options, and scoring — is built directly into the page code that loads when you open a tool. Your answers stay on your device.
The tools were developed using artificial intelligence to ensure they reflect leading governance and business frameworks (AICD, NACD, OECD, Spencer Stuart). However, no live AI processing occurs when you complete an assessment — there are no calls made to any AI provider during your session.
This architecture means:
• No assessment response data is ever sent over the internet
• No assessment response data is stored by Noventum Advisory
• No third party — including AI providers — receives your answers
• Completing an assessment is, from a data perspective, equivalent to filling in a paper form and shredding it when finished

5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
The Platform currently operates on a fully stateless basis with respect to assessment data.
Assessment responses are processed in real time within your browser to generate your result. Once your session ends, the underlying responses are gone — they are never written to a database, cloud service, or any storage system operated by Noventum Advisory.
The only personal information we retain is what you voluntarily provide via the contact form (your name, email, and tool request details), which we use solely to respond to you.

6. HOSTING AND INFRASTRUCTURE
The Platform is hosted on Netlify, a cloud hosting platform. Standard website access logs (IP addresses, pages visited, timestamps) are processed by Netlify as part of normal hosting operations. Platform infrastructure is currently located in the United States. We are in the process of migrating to Australian-based infrastructure (Netlify Sydney region) to better serve our Australian users.
The domain noventumadvisory.ai is managed via GoDaddy, a domain registrar. GoDaddy does not have access to your assessment data.

7. OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE
Because assessment responses never leave your browser, no assessment data is disclosed to any overseas recipient.
Contact form submissions (name, email, and request details) are processed by Netlify's hosting infrastructure, currently located in the United States. Netlify's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy at netlify.com/privacy.
We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to overseas recipients.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or out-of-date personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Complain about a breach of your privacy rights

9. SECURITY
The Platform is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS encryption), ensuring all connections between your browser and the Platform are encrypted in transit. Because assessment responses are processed entirely within your browser and never transmitted, they are not subject to interception or unauthorised access during an assessment.
