Noventum Advisory was founded by Ross Thompson, an experienced CEO and commercial and operational leader with nearly two decades of hands-on experience building, scaling and commercialising regional businesses into global technology leaders.
Ross has led growth across manufacturing, automation, electrification, energy efficiency, the circular economy, asset lifecycle management, low-carbon infrastructure, mining and renewable energy. That breadth gives Noventum Advisory a practical understanding of how to turn strategy into execution in complex, fast-moving markets.
